What lines do you carry?

We currently specialize in all domestic brands.  We have plans to expand into other lines very soon. Tell us what other lines you would like to see on the site, and we will add them as needed.

 

How can you help me reduce or eliminate locators? 

Because we allow you to post available inventory and shop for inventory when and how you want. You can tell the 15-20 locators calling you every day that you are using a web based service for inventory control and that they are no longer needed. Our system will allow you to simply log in and look at what we have done for you, whether it is finding units you have told us you want to purchase or letting us move those unwanted units that cost you floor plan interest. We want you to do business with us in the way you choose, be it the web, email, texting, Instant Messaging, fax or, if you wish, a simple phone call.

 

What are your hours?

We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week all year long. We might not be in the office 24X7, but our web based technology never takes a day off.

 

How do you handle freight?

1. We can bundle it in with the deal and pay the freight company for you and simply have the cars delivered to your lot.

2. We can arrange the freight for you and have you pay the freight company directly.

3. You can arrange your own freight.

 

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes, simply email us and ask us to cancel your account.

 

Is the website easy to use?

Yes it is! We designed it to be fast and easy to use for our members. You can literally find units or list units for sale in less than one minute after logging on. Just tell us what you want to buy or sell with a few clicks of your mouse and get back to running your dealership. We will take care of the rest.

 

Can I add or remove vehicles anytime from my list of cars that I either want to sell or buy or do I have to call Automotive Transfers?

No phone call is needed. The lists are in real time and change constantly. For example, if you retail a unit that you have listed with us to sell, simply log on and remove it. We will be instantly notified that you have removed it and we will take it off of our available inventory list. The same applies for inventory you are looking to buy. Simply log on and remove it. No other action is required. But if you wish, we will gladly modify your lists for you. Just call us and we will take care of it for you.

 

Will my inventory manager, salespeople or other people at my dealership be able to use my user name and password?

Absolutely. We will even give you multiple log in names and passwords if requested. However, for your protection, if anyone logs in from an unauthorized computer or location, we will verify their identity before they are granted access.

 

Can I login from any computer anywhere?

Yes you can. With our internet security system, should you try to log on from an unauthorized computer, we will verify your identity before you are granted access. We want this website to be available exclusively to our member automobile dealers.

Do you charge a fee for membership to the site?
